Tetyana Grischenko

Legal Team Lead of USAID Financial Sector Transformation Project

Tetyana Grischenko started her work as Legal Team Lead of USAID Financial Sector Transformation Project in 2017.

She is focused on legal and regulatory reforms in capital and commodity markets, non-banking financial sector, and consumer finance.

Prior to joining the Project, Ms. Grischenko was an attorney with an international law firm and a legal advisor to a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine. She also headed a corporate business legal support division in one of the largest foreign-owned banks in Ukraine.

Ms. Grischenko has experience in financial literacy activities and frequently speaks to university teachers and students on various financial sector issues.

Tetyana Grischenko has LLM degrees in International Banking and Finance Law from University College London (2010) and in International Private Law from Ukrainian Institute of International Relations (2003).
