Tetiana Anakina

Tetiana Anakina is an Associate Professor of the Department of EU Law of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, PhD, lecturer of the Jean Monet Chair «Advanced Studies on EU Values and Law: Ukrainian Context», Visiting Professor of the Complutense University of Madrid.

She has practical experience in expert activity and implementation of international projects. Since 2016, she has been a legal expert of the EU Project “Support to the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement” (“Association4U”), and since 2023 she has been a national expert of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice”, in the framework of which she participated in the self-screening of the Ukrainian legislation compliance with the EU acquis. Prof. Anakina was a member of an international group of researchers that developed and presented the study “Challenges and Opportunities for Local and Regional Authorities in Ukraine’s Reconstruction Strategy and the Ukraine Reconstruction Platform” for the European Committee of Regions.
