Tetiana Anakina

Prof. Anakina has practical experience with EU projects and legal assistance of the governmental institutions of Ukraine. Member of the Jean Monnet Chair “In-depth Study of EU Values and Law: Ukrainian Context”. From 2015 to 2019 she was an adviser to the Regional Branch of the Secretariat-General of the European Commissioner for Human Rights at the Main Territorial Administration of Justice in Kharkiv Oblast. Since 2016 she has been working as a legal expert of the EU Project “Support to the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement” (“Association4U”).

Prof. Anakina is a member of the international team of researchers, that developed and presented the study “Challenges and Opportunities for Local and Regional Authorities in Ukraine’s Reconstruction Strategy and the Ukraine Reconstruction Platform” for the European Committee of Regions.

Her research interests focus on the European Union law, topical legal issues of the European integration of Ukraine and its cooperation with the EU.
