Tatyana Zinovich

Head of the Legal Policy Research Center (Almaty, Kazakhstan), Think Tank specializing in responsible business conduct, the rule of law, transparency and accountability, human rights and security issues. Ms. Zinovich is the expert on responsible business standards and corporate social responsibility (CSR) with 15 years of experience in the non-governmental sector of Kazakhstan. She was an expert in various projects and initiatives of the OSCE / ODIHR, OSCE, UNDP on the Rule of Law and Transparency and Accountability in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. She regularly speaks at public events on topical business and human rights issues and conducts seminars for business, non-governmental organizations and government agencies, including those devoted to the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to company’s policies. Together with partners in 2019, she organized the first Summer School for Responsible Business in Kazakhstan, which was attended by 200 representatives of business and business universities. Member of the OECD National Contact Point (NCP) of Kazakhstan.

Ms. Zinovich has a Master’s degree in Law. Her competence includes: human rights and business (BHR), corporate social responsibility (CSR), rule of law, access to information and anti-corruption, including compliance in the business sector.
