Robert Khorolskyy

Robert Khorolskyy got his Ph.D. in law from Yaroslav the Wise National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) in 2001, where he later taught public international law and European Union law.

After studying European law at the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium), he worked as a legal expert at the Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (UEPLAC – Phase V) in 2009-2012, providing advice to the Ukrainian authorities in relation to the state policy in the field of European integration.

Afterwards, Robert has been collaborating with various law firms and research organisations, providing consultancy services on a wide range of issues in Ukrainian, European and international law.

Research interests: legal and institutional aspects of Ukraine’s European integration policy, Ukraine-EU association relations, approximation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law.
