Olga Shapoval

Olga Shapoval has been the Executive Director of Kharkiv IT Cluster since September 2018. She has wide experience, working as TOP manager of large company. Olga also has a MBA education and specialization in management, marketing and finance.

The key strategic task of Kharkiv IT Cluster is to develop a comfortable environment for the technology business in the Kharkiv region, in particular, strengthening Kharkiv’s position as Ukraine’s leading IT location, as well as implementing projects in the field of education, infrastructure, IT community development and developing effective interaction with government and international organizations.
