PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Criminal Law Department, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine), attorney, legal advisor.
In research he specializes in the legal status of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Human Being under the view of the general theory of law and criminal law. In particular, he investigates the perspective for Artificial Intelligence to obtain the status of the legal persona and the transhumanism’ phenomenon of Digital Human Being that bioengineered, may combine organic with inorganic (cyborgs, cybernetic organism), or be a creation of an inorganic form of life (transfer of consciousness to digital or other media). Experienced researcher with publications in domestic and international platforms, participator in national and international conferences, partaker of the OSCE Academic Exchange Program (2019 – 2020), guest lecturer, speaker of master classes, active member of the All-Ukrainian Association of Criminal Law and Kharkiv Law Society.
