Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of Environmental Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

Has more than 300 scientific and methodological publications, including 200 scientific and 100 educational and methodological publications, as well as scientific papers published in domestic and international peer-reviewed professional journals, and publications in periodicals included in the Scopus or Web of Science databases, monographs, etc. Lectured courses: Environmental Law, Energy Law of Ukraine: Environmental and Legal Aspects, Legal Regulation of Environmental Safety, Land Law, etc.

Areas of expertise: environmental law doctrine; state environmental policy; EU environmental policy; climate policy; environmental law; land law; environmental safety law; international and European environmental law; protection of environmental rights and interests; public administration in the field of environmental protection and nature management; environmental and legal aspects of the use, restoration, protection of natural resource potential of Ukraine in the context of sustainable development and European integration processes; systematization of environmental legislation; environmental and legal education; protection and restoration of the environment during martial law and in the post-war period.

Anisimova H. V. is a member of the editorial boards of professional journals (“Problems of Legality”, “Law. Human. Environment”, “Environmental Law of Ukraine” and “Journal of Environmental Law and Policy”). She is an expert of Section 18 “Law” of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, involved in conducting scientific examinations of basic research projects. She is the scientific supervisor of the fundamental research work on the topic “Secure Environment of Ukraine: National and International Legal Aspects”, which has been open since February 2022 at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University Research Sector.
