Dmytro Kalmykov

Head of the Anti-Corruption Policy Department of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Dmytro Kalmykov holds a law degree (2007) and a degree in economics (2010), a PhD in law and a senior researcher.
From 2010 to 2014, he was engaged in teaching and research activities in the field of formation and implementation of the criminal policy of Ukraine. He has published more than 60 educational, scientific, research and other works.
From 2014 to 2020, Dmytro worked as an expert on criminal justice and anti-corruption at the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform, where he analyzed the formation and implementation of criminal and anti-corruption policy of Ukraine, anti-corruption expertise of draft legal acts, and continuous monitoring of the activities of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, Agency for Enterprise Restructuring and Asset Management, and Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
Since 2020, Dmytro Kalmykov has been working at the National Agency on Corruption Prevention. As the Head of the Anti-Corruption Policy Department, he is primarily responsible for drafting the Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2021-2025, the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating their implementation, developing and properly functioning the Information System for Monitoring the State Anti-Corruption Policy of Ukraine, developing proposals for improving anti-corruption, criminal, administrative and tort and other legislation in the field of preventing and combating corruption.
