Danielle Anne Pamplona

Full Professor at Pontifical Catholic University of Parana (PUCPR) – Brazil; Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Post-Doctoral Studies at American University, Washington-DC; Doctor of Law at Federal University of Santa Catarina – Brazil; Director of the Human Rights Clinic at PUCPR; Vice-Director of the Latin American Branch of the Global Business and Human Rights Scholars Association. She has been invited to speak on public events and  Universities Research Groups’ meetings about business & human rights issues. She has also dictated courses on Business and Human Rights themes. She holds the first Business and Human Rights Course at Postgraduate level in the country. Her areas of expertise include Human Rights & Business; Constitutional Law and Public Policies. She is author of various publications on those fields.
