Panel discussion: “The Future of Ukrainian Constitutionalism in the Context of Integration into the European Union”
The purpose of the panel discussion is to discuss the prospects for the development of Ukrainian constitutionalism in the context of integration processes into the European Union, identify challenges and opportunities, and develop recommendations for further reform of the constitutional order of Ukraine.
The panel discussion is an important platform for the exchange of experience and ideas, and will contribute to Ukraine’s progress towards the European community and strengthening of democratic institutions.

- Constitutional reforms and adaptation to EU standards
– Discussion of the necessary changes to the Constitution of Ukraine to meet the requirements of the European Union. - Human rights and the rule of law in the context of European integration
– Analysis of changes in law enforcement and human rights protection in line with EU standards. - Institutional capacity and good governance: EU experience for Ukraine
– A study of EU best practices in institutional reform and good governance for their implementation in Ukraine.
