“Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Current Trends in the Context of EU Accession”

Ukraine’s accession to the EU envisages a systematic update of national legislation in the field of mediation and alternative dispute resolution to bring it into line with the best practices of EU countries in this area. The Rule of Law Roadmap contains a number of measures aimed at popularizing and increasing the effectiveness of mediation and alternative dispute resolution. The panel discussion will be a platform for discussing ways to implement the relevant measures among a wide range of representatives of state authorities, international experts, scholars and mediators.
