The discussion panel aims to create a platform for fruitful professional discussion of practical challenges for private international law in modern conditions in the context of the recodification of Ukrainian civil legislation and in the context of accession to the EU, taking into account the need for further adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis.
