The staff of the Departments of Criminal Law and Criminal Law Policy at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University invite you to participate in the round table discussion “Ius Puniendi: Voices of the Ages in Harmony with the Days – In Memory of Professor Mykola Ivanovych Panov (1940-2023) on the 85th Anniversary of His Birth”, which will take place as part of the IX Kharkiv International Legal Forum (September 27, 2025).

Anyone interested can record a short video (5–20 minutes) of their memories, thoughts, reflections, and musings about the bright memory of M.I. Panov and on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of his birth, and send it to radut12@gmail.com. All recordings will be compiled into a single video collection and made available to the public on the university’s website.

A collection of abstracts will be published based on the results of the Forum and Round Table. You will have the opportunity to speak at the round table (time limit – up to 10 minutes; working languages of the conference: Ukrainian and English). If you wish to speak at the conference, please send a cover letter to radut12@gmail.com or fill out the appropriate registration form.

Abstracts must be submitted by September 25, 2025.

The ZOOM link to the conference will be sent a few days before it starts to the email addresses from which the authors send their abstracts.
