Yurii Lutsenko

Head of the Department for the Study of Combating Organized Crime of General Criminal Purpose, in the Field of Trafficking in Human Beings, Illegal Migration, Circulation of Limitedly Defensive Capacities and Objects Withdrawn from Civil Traffic, Interdepartmental Research Centre on the Problems of Combating Organized Crime under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Yurii Lutsenko – PhD, associate professor, author of about 100 scientific papers in the field of Criminal Law, Criminal Proceedings, operational and investigative activities, ensuring the state security of Ukraine. He has a huge experience in management activities in the law enforcement agencies. He is a member of working group of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, on preparation of amendments to the Laws of Ukraine “On the Security Service of Ukraine” and “On Intelligence”.
