Vasyl Lutsyk

Deputy Head of the Department, Head of the Department for the Protection of Whistleblowers and Corruption Reporting, Department for the Prevention and Counteraction of Corruption, National Agency on Corruption Prevention, PhD, associate professor.

Vasyl Lutsyk is the author of more than 100 scientific works, including 25 monographs, textbooks, manuals. As part of the working group, he participated in the development of the draft Law of Ukraine “On the Prosecutor’s Office”, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on October 14, 2014. He trained at a number of European universities. Research interests: legal status of a prosecutor in criminal proceedings; international standards of the prosecutor’s office in criminal proceedings; covert investigative (detective) actions; whistleblowers.
