Valerie Fogleman

Valerie Fogleman has practised and taught environmental law for 35 years. She has written three books, co-authored others, and written numerous articles and given presentations on environmental law in the UK, continental Europe and the US.

She has authored or co-authored six reports on the Environmental Liability Directive for the European Commission and is currently working on a seventh report.
