PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Environmental Law Department of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is the author of scientific works on environmental law issues, including the author’s monograph “Legal Aspects of Environmental Insurance in Ukraine”. The sphere of scientific researches – environmental law, environmental safety law, legal regulation of environmental insurance, litigation of environmental disputes.
