PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Procedure, Arbitration and Private International Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, mediator, mediation trainer, Expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, Member of the Swiss Arbitration Association, Senior Fellow Researcher of Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law, attorney at law, leading specialist of the Center for Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The main areas of scientific activity are the study of problematic issues of international commercial arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of the international project Comparative Procedural Law and Justice (CPLJ), where he participates as a developer of the Arbitration segment.
