Serhii Derkach directs and coordinates activities to ensure the fulfillment of the Ministry’s tasks and functions in the formation and implementation of state policy in the areas of road transport and road economy. He is also responsible for the state policy in the field of aviation transport, use of the airspace of Ukraine, transport security, arrangement and modernization of border crossing points, and technical regulation in transport.
It ensures the fulfillment of the Ministry’s tasks and functions in the formation and implementation of the departmental policy of preventing and combating corruption.
In particular, this includes the management of corruption risks in the Ministry, at enterprises, institutions and organizations under its control.
He is responsible for ensuring the Ministry’s interaction with central executive authorities on the implementation of the departmental policy of preventing and combating corruption and managing corruption risks.
