Sandra Friberg

Dr. Friberg is Associate Professor of Private Law and Senior Lecturer in Private Law at the Faculty of Law in Uppsala University. She is a Principal Investigator in the The Artificial Public Servant, project affiliated with WASP-HS and funded by Wallenbergs Foundation. Dr. Friberg’s areas of interest include issues of both civil law, especially tort law, and criminal law, especially in terms of liability and punishment. Her current research is focused on how AI can be used to make decisions and what should be the responsibility for decisions and actions made by AI or with the participation of these technologies.
