Sphere of scientific and pedagogical activity and scientific research – environmental law, environmental safety law, mining and geological law. Author more than 400 scientific, educational and methodical works, including 6 published in periodicals, included in Scopus and Web of Science databases. He is a laureate of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1996), laureate of St. Vladimir’s Award (2015, 2017), holder of distinctions of Eurasian Law Schools and Lawyers Association, Ukrainian Lawyers Union, higher educational institutions. Forensic expert of the Dnepropetrovsk Scientific-Research Expert-Criminalistic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
