Olena Ovcharenko

Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Justice and Advocacy at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, judicial reform expert at the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform, advocate. She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Supreme Court. Her main areas of research are judicial and legal reform, fair trial standards, selection, legal responsibility and qualification assessment of judges, and problems of enforcement of court decisions in Ukraine.
