Oksana Ugrynovska

PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (since 2003). In 1995, she graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Lviv University, and in 1998 completed her postgraduate studies. In 1998-2003, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2000, she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences (specialization: civil procedure) at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, the topic of the dissertation was “Judicial Protection of Citizens’ Rights in the Field of Administrative and Legal Relations”. In 2009, she was became an associate professor. Author and co-author of more than 90 publications in the area of civil procedure, co-author of 5 scientific and practical commentaries to the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, co-author of a scientific and practical commentary to the Law of Ukraine “On Enforcement Proceedings”. Member of the editorial board of the journal Access to Justice in Eastern Europe.
