Oksana Ugrynovska

Ukrainian scientist, lawyer, Candidate of Legal Science (Judicial Protection of Citizens’ Rights in the Sphere of Administrative and Legal Relations, 2000), Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Lviv University, Ivan Franko National University. Uhrynovska O.I. is the author and co-author of about 90 scientific works in the field of civil procedure of Ukraine, in particular, she is the co-author of seven scientific and practical commentaries on the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine (2006,2010,2014,2018,2020,2023). The scientist is the co-author of six monographs in the field of civil procedure of Ukraine. Uhrynovska O.I. is a member of the managing editors of the leading journal – “Access to Justice in Eastern Europe”, which is the first legal publication in Ukraine indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection, ESCI (2020) and in Scopus (2021), a member of COPE (2021). Since 2022, she has been a fellow of the European Law Institute (ELI). Since March 2023, she has been a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Supreme Court. Associate Professor Uhrynovska O.I. is a frequent speaker at reporting, all-Ukrainian and international scientific and practical conferences, in particular, such as the VI and VII Kharkiv International Legal Forum in the panel discussion “The Right to a Fair Trial in Civil Proceedings: Challenges and Prospects”. Speaker at international conferences, such as: “New Procedural Instruments in Post-Pandemic Reality”, panel “New Tendencies of Judicial Cooperation in Cross-Border Cases”.
