Oksana Kiriiak

PhD (in Law), the Private Law Department of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (Ukraine). She is the author of numerous scholarly works in private law, with a particular focus on civil law relations. She has also served as a grant writer and is an alumna of various international programs. These include being a Visiting Research Fellow of the Priority Programme “Experience and Expectation. Historical Foundations of Economic Behavior” (2022) at Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany) and a recipient of the Slovak National Academy of Science Scholarship (2024) at Matej Bel University, Slovakia. Additionally, she has been a guest lecturer at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, Jagiellonian University, and John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Poland.
