Nataliia Naumenko

Chairwoman of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.

All of Natalia Naumenko’s professional career has been linked to work in state bodies in the field of migration. She has consistently held the following positions: chief specialist on issues of nationalities and migration of the Kyiv Regional State Administration (December 1998 – January 2005); worked in various positions at the Department of the Migration Service in Kyiv Region (February 2005 – September 2006); senior inspector for combating irregular migration of the State Department for Citizenship, Immigration and Registration of Individuals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (October 2006 – April 2007); headed the Departments on refugees and asylum of the State Committee of Ukraine on Nationalities and Religions (May 2007 – March 2011); Headed the Departments on foreigners and refugees of the State Migration service of Ukraine (March 2011 – August 2018).

Since August 2018 till October 2021, she served as First Deputy Head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.

From October 2021 to present she has headed the State Migration Service of Ukraine.

Ms. Naumenko holds degrees in «Sociology» (Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, 1999) and in «Jurisprudence» (Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, 2013).

Ms. Naumenko holds PhD degree in International Law (2024).
