Nataliia Filatova-Bilous

Nataliia Filatova-Bilous is a PhD in law, Associate Professor at the Department of Civil proceedings, Arbitration and Private international law of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and Leading Specialist of the Center for Law, Ethics and Digital Technologies at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine). She is an author of publications on private-law problems of technology implementation, including algorithmic ones. Since 2022 she is a Head of Interdisciplinary Research Hub on European Fundamental Values and Digitalization withing European Fundamental Values in Digital Era (101085385 – EFVDE – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH), a Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence co-funded by the European Union.. She specializes in the study of private law in the digital age, including consumer protection and e-commerce, liability of online platforms, legal protection of intellectual property in the digital age, protection of interests and rights of private parties in the conclusion of electronic contracts and smart contracts. Member of the working group of the Open4UA Project “Open Science for the Ukrainian Higher Education System”.
