Nadiia Polkhovska

Prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
Ms. Polkhovska joined the team of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office in January 2023. She has more than 7 years of practical experience in law enforcement and has personally investigated some of the most famous corruption crimes in Ukraine.
From 2016 to January 2023, she worked at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. She was one of the first detectives to join the NABU team following a competition. At NABU, she worked as a detective, senior detective, and head of the detective department. She personally investigated the cases against the former Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the former Member of Parliament of Ukraine in the so-called “gas case”.
From 2020, she headed the Department of Organizational and Methodological Support of the Main Detective Unit of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
From 2013 to 2016, she worked as a lawyer in the areas of civil law, intellectual property law, and commercial law.
