Mykola Melnyk

Doctor of Juridical Science, professor, former judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

Mykola Melnyk – member of the High Council of Justice (2000-2006), member of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine (2009-2010), judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (2014-2019), author of about 200 scientific papers. The main areas of his research are the problems of liability for crimes against property and in the field of official activities, combating corruption, law enforcement, justice, electoral process, constitutional law.
