Full time Police officer in Canada with over 22 years of experience in law enforcement, investigations, and human resource management. Deployed to Ukraine for Security Sector Reform 2019-2020 with the Canadian Police Mission conducting training on front line leadership and management as well as working with the National Patrol Police Academies. Currently the Gender Advisor to Joint Task Force Ukraine – Operation Unifier and as a NATO Advisor on Women, Peace and Security.
