Elina Pozniak

PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of Environmental Law Department of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University of Law.
Elina Poznyak has been working at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University since 1994. In 2006 she received a degree of candidate of science in the specialty 12.00.06. “Land Law, Agrarian Law, Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law,” defended her dissertation on the topic. Legal aspects of the public environmental expertise in Ukraine”, in 2010 she was awarded the title of associate professor, in 2015 received another higher education (specialty “Psychology”).
She has published 150 scientific and scientific-methodical works, took an indirect part in scientific-practical visits in Ukraine and abroad. Sphere of scientific researches: Problems of environmental law; legal problems of environmental expertise; legal aspects of exercising environmental control and monitoring; problems of environmental legal responsibility; Legal aspects of environmental safety; problems and prospects for the development of environmental and legal culture and its elements; current environmental and legal and other problems and prospects for the development of environmental psychology.
Continuing work on writing a doctoral dissertation on “Environmental and Legal Culture: Theoretical and Methodological and Practical Aspects”.
