Aisel Omarova

Aisel Omarova is an Associate Professor at the Department of History of State and Law of Ukraine and Foreign Countries of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine) and Visiting Researcher in University of Warwick (UK). She currently works on historical and legal aspects of children’s rights and the history of children’s rights protection at the national and international levels. Dr. Aisel Omarova is a Reviewer and Member of Editorial Boards of Ukrainian and American scientific journals: Problems of Legality, Law and Society, Humanities and Social Science Research, Culture and History etc. She has conducted research and proficiency enhancements at leading research institutions and universities in Czech Republic, Poland, the United Kingdom and other European countries.
