Co-organizers: Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine.
The main idea of the event is to form a national concept of sports law and the school of “Sports Law” and implement them.
The purpose of the event is to authorize legal norms and provisions governing relations not only in the field of physical culture and sports, but also in the entire sports and fitness industry in general. This includes legal regulation of labor, administrative and financial relations in the sports sector.
The speakers of the event are representatives of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, sports federations, and leading Ukrainian scientists.
The target audience of the panel discussion is civil servants, representatives of sports federations, academics, university professors, students, and specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
The following issues are planned to be discussed during the panel discussion:
- topical issues of sports law;
- current trends in public administration of physical culture and sports;
- main trends in the legal regulation of professional sports;
- modern dimension of legal responsibility in the field of sports;
- peculiarities of sports dispute resolution and conflict resolution in the field of sports;
- main corruption risks in sports and ways to overcome them.
