“Modern experience of using the polygraph in the field of national security and defense of Ukraine in conditions of military threats”
Date and time: September 26, 2025 from 10.00 to 2:00 pm in a mixed format with a simultaneous online broadcast on the Zoom platform. Participation in the offline format is pre -agreed with the Organizing Committee.

- European and Ukrainian experience in using the polygraph within Ukraine’s national security and defense system.
- Problems of using the polygraph in detecting and investigating crimes against the foundations of Ukraine’s national security.
- Legal, organizational-methodological, and ethical foundations for the application of the polygraph in Ukraine under martial law.
- Genesis and scientific prerequisites for the application of the polygraph in protecting national statehood and in the activities of law enforcement agencies.
- Forms and features of using the polygraph in criminal proceedings under martial law.
- Possibilities of using the polygraph during investigative (search) actions at the stage of pre-trial investigation under current wartime conditions.
- The polygraph in Ukraine’s security and defense system: problems and prospects of personnel training.
- Forensic psychological examination using the polygraph as evidence in court proceedings.
- The role of polygraphy in the system of сriminalistic knowledge under wartime conditions.
- Challenges in implementing international approaches to the legal and regulatory framework for polygraph use in Ukraine’s security and defense sector.
- Analysis of judicial practice regarding the use of polygraph examination results as evidence in criminal proceedings.
- Prospects for using the polygraph in the security and defense sector of Ukraine.
