Head of the Department of International Legal Assistance in Civil Cases of the Department of International Legal Assistance of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
By profession – a lawyer, certified mediator (basic skills, mediation with the participation of minors, family mediation, cross-border family mediation).
Has been working at the Ministry of Justice since 2002. Responsible for the direction of implementation of international treaties on legal assistance in civil proceedings and in the field of protection of children’s rights.
Her professional knowledge and skills are related to the implementation of the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and the application of other international treaties that contain provisions on jurisdiction, the law applicable to issues of parental responsibility, custody of children, recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions in civil cases and international cooperation on these issues.
