Nataliia Mazaraki

The Head of the International, civil and commercial law department at the State University of Trade and Economics, expert of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice” and researcher in the field of mediation. Ms. Mazaraki has provided extensive research on mediation implementation in the Ukrainian legal framework. She founded the Mediation Clinic and the Educational and Advisory Center for Mediation at the State University of Trade and Economics (Kyiv, Ukraine). Ms. Mazaraki has been a member of the Working group on the draft of the laws “On Mediation” and “On the Ratification of the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation”. In 2023 she co-authored the roadmap for implementation of court-connected mediation in Ukraine” within the Council of Europe’s project.
