Head of the Anti-Corruption Policy Department of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, PhD in Law.

Dmytro Kalmykov – before being appointed to the NACP, he worked for a long time as an expert on criminal justice and anti-corruption policy at the Centre for Political and Legal Reforms, where he analyzed the formation and implementation of Ukraine’s criminal and anticorruption policy, anticorruption expertise of legal acts and their drafts, continuous monitoring of the activity of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, Agency for Enterprise Restructuring and Asset Management, and Supreme Anti-Corruption Court. In 2011 at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine (Kyiv) he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Sciences in Law.
