Nataliia Sakara

From 2004 to 2009 worked as assistant at Civil Procedure Department. In 2006 defended PhD thesis on “Problem of access to justice in civil cases” (major 12.00.03). In 2009-2019 – associate professor of Civil Procedure Department. Since 2019 – a judge of Cassation Civil Court in the Supreme Court.

Sakara N. is an author of more than 50 science works, including a monography “A problem of justice availability in civil cases” (2010), is a co-author of scientific-practical textbook “Theory and practice of judicial activity” (2007), textbook “The right to a fair trial in civil proceedings” (2007), monographies “Problems of theory and practice of civil proceedings” (2008),  “Suits” (2011); “Civil proceedings of Ukraine: main principles and institutions” (2016); a textbook “Civil procedure course” (2011), educational electronic information complex (EEIC) on the subject “Civil Procedure” (2013) etc.
