Yulua Razmetaeva

PhD in Law. Since 2008 she is a lecturer of the theory of state and law department of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Ms. Yulia Razmetaeva is an author and a co-author of 75 publications including the monograph «Human rights as a fundamental value of civil society» (2013). She is the main author of the certified educational program «Lawyer as a human rights defender» (2016), implemented at the in the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
Ms. Yulia Razmetaeva is a participant of the OSCE Summer School on General Theory of Law and of the Second educational session of international educational project «Philosophy of Human Rights» (2014).
Since 2004 she is an active participant of the civil society activities and of the human rights defending activities. Since 2014 she is an expert of projects on harmonization of European and Ukrainian legislation, increasing of civil participation in public processes within e-democracy and e-governance, promotion of legal values (the initiatives «Reanimation Package of Reforms» and «Е-progres», the educational project «Tolerance in post-conflict societies»).
Professional interests are in the sphere of legal issues of information and communication technologies, human rights and civil society in digital age.
