Tetiana Tsuvina

Tetiana Tsuvina will present a joint report with Natalia Sakara on the topic “General Principles of Civil Procedure and the Right to a Fair Trial”.

Mrs. Tsuvina and Mrs. Sakara represent the civil procedure school of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Both of them are PhD in Law. Their scientific interests coincide: Mrs. Sakara`s interesting dissertation was concerned with issues of access to justice in civil matters. Mrs. Tsuvina defended her dissertation titled “The Right to a Court in Civil Procedure”. Both Mrs. Tsuvina and Mrs. Sakara have published monographs showing the results of their dissertation researches. Their numerous works published later are concerned with the related topics as well.
