Natalia Sakara

Natalia Sakara will present a joint report with Tetiana Tsuvina on the topic “General Principles of Civil Procedure and the Right to a Fair Trial”.

Mrs. Sakara and Mrs. Tsuvina represent the civil procedure school of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Both of them are PhD in Law. Their scientific interests coincide: Mrs. Sakara’s dissertation was concerned with issues of access to justice in civil matters; Mrs. Tsyvina defended the dissertation “The Right to a Court in Civil Procedure”. Both Mrs. Sakara and Mrs. Tsuvina issued monographs showing the results of their dissertation researches. Their numerous works published later are concerned with the related topics as well.
