Legal clinical education: 30 years of institutionalization through real practice and and self-improvement

The panel will provide a comprehensive analysis of the development of the legal clinical movement, from its origins to its current stage of development. The panel will present the experience of foreign partners in the development of clinical legal education, as well as the perspectives of key stakeholders and their vision for the future development of the legal clinical movement within practice-oriented legal education.

Participants will discuss the current challenges and prospects for the development of legal clinics and identify potential directions for their further institutional development. Particular attention will be given to the role of the graduate student, including how this role is perceived by stakeholders and prospective employers.
