Tetyana Slinko

Professor, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
She completed an internship under the Tempus Tacis Program (TEMRUS) of the European Commission at the University of Oviedo (Spain, Oviedo, the administrative center of the Autonomous Region of Asturias). She has repeatedly provided scientific opinions at the request of the legislature and the judiciary. Researches the problems of media law in the context of the modern legal field of Ukraine. Since 2016 she has been managing the certified educational program “Electoral Law and Electoral Technologies” of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
The results of her research activities are almost 200 scientific, educational and methodical works, including monographs “Legal basis for the formation and functioning of public authorities in the context of European integration” (2010), “Democratic principles of organization and functioning of higher public authorities of Ukraine”, textbooks “Сonstitutional Law of Ukraine” (2002, 2008), “Constitutional jurisdiction” (2012). She is the Member of the Editorial Board of the “Bulletin of the Yaroslav the Wise National Law University. Series: philosophy, philosophy of law, political science, sociology”.
She is winner of the Yaroslav the Wise Prize (2008), she received the Order of Yaroslav the Wise III degree (2019).
