Director of Science-Research Institute of Comparative Public Law at Uzhhorod National University. Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor. Lecturer of the National School of Judges of Ukraine. Specialist in the sphere of constitutional law, hold position of Advisor for Head of Constitutional Court of Ukraine (2008-2010). Is an author of more than 150 scientific essays, monography on “Protection of Rights of Internally Displaced Individuals” (2018), study book “Comparative Constitutional Law” (2019) .
