An experienced legal and policy researcher with publications in Ukraine, Poland, Russia, Slovakia; an author of over 80 scientific works, specialized in criminal law science of science problems and methodology of criminal law science; a member of international research group at Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewich University in Poznan (2018); a participant of international academic conferences; a skilled legislative drafter with proven record of legislative research and drafting in the Ukrainian Parliament; a Criminal Legal Expert of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
