Milena Slaveykova-Rukova

Ms. Slaveykova-Rukova has been working as a judge of the Administrative Court of Sofia since 2007; she has been exercising justice for almost 21 year. Studied law in Sofia University.

Ms. Slaveykova-Rukova specializes in solving tax cases, customs cases, and cases where one of the parties is a foreigner. Since 2014 she is a permanent consultant at the Supreme Administrative Court of Bulgaria. Also Ms. Slaveykova-Rukova works as a lecturer at the National Institute of Justice (Bulgaria). The courses she teaches are focused on general issues of application of the Administrative Procedural Code of Bulgaria.

Ms. Slaveykova-Rukova will present a report entitled “Impact of the European Court of Human Rights judgments on judicial practice (Bulgarian experience)”.
