The purpose of the event is to create a professional forum for discussing current issues in law enforcement during armed conflict, exchanging practical experience and research findings, and identifying opportunities to improve mechanisms for documenting, investigating, and preventing criminal offenses related to full-scale aggression.

The panel discussion is expected to cover the following main topics:
1) investigating war crimes and combating collaboration;
2) modern technologies and interagency cooperation in the documentation of crimes;
3) investigating crimes related to the use or threat of use of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear weapons;
4) the application of the norms of international humanitarian law in the activities of law enforcement agencies.

Representatives of higher education institutions and research organizations, law enforcement agencies, government bodies, Ukraine’s security and defense sector, international organizations, and the expert community, as well as specialists engaged in research and practical work in related fields, are invited to participate in the panel discussion.

Based on the results of the event, there are plans to publish a collection of abstracts, summarize the proposals made, and prepare the panel’s final recommendations aimed at improving the training of specialists, law enforcement practices, and interagency cooperation.

The deadline for submitting abstracts for presentations and for publication in the proceedings is September 15, 2026.

The proceedings are scheduled to be distributed on September 30, 2026, in PDF format.
