We invite you to partnership within the framework of the Kharkiv International Legal Forum

The Kharkiv International Legal Forum 2026 is a platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of expert opinions, the presentation of contemporary legal practices, and the development of new partnerships. The forum will take place September 21–25 in Kharkiv at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in a hybrid format and will bring together representatives of the legal community, academics, practitioners, the business sector, government institutions, international organizations, students, and young professionals.

A partnership with the Forum is an opportunity not only to support a large-scale professional event, but also to boost your brand’s visibility, showcase your expertise, and engage directly with a professional and student audience.

A wide range of opportunities is available to partners — from an informational presence to full-fledged expert and interactive integration into the Forum’s program.

🔵Visibility and Promotion

Partners can showcase their organizations through the University’s official communication platforms — its website, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.Promotional materials and the partner’s logo will be featured in the Forum’s official materials, including the program, posters, and presentations, as well as promoted via a newsletter that will be sent to Forum participants and partners.

Additional opportunities include incorporating the partner’s logo and website link into emails sent to participants, showing a promotional video during the event, and featuring the organization in the Forum’s final report, which will be distributed to participants and published on the University’s website.

🔵Expert participation and professional dialogue

The partnership opens up opportunities for representatives of the organization to participate directly in the Forum’s program. In particular, partners can initiate a thematic panel discussion or workshop and involve their representatives as experts.

There is also the option for a representative of the partner’s governing body to speak at the Forum’s opening ceremony or at a specific panel discussion, as well as to publish a thematic piece or article on the organizer’s official information resources.

🔵Direct interaction with the audience

The forum provides opportunities for partners to engage directly with their potential audience. As part of the event, a booth, a brand zone, or an interactive activity can be organized, as well as a contest or a prize drawing for participants.

One specific tool for engagement is the opportunity to conduct a survey among students regarding their perception of the brand, as well as its presence and activity in the job market. Partners may also propose their own formats for integration into the Forum’s program — subject to prior approval by the organizers.

🔵Media Opportunities and Communication

Partners can gain additional opportunities to showcase their activities in the media. Specifically, an exclusive interview or presentation by a representative of the partner may be featured on the University’s YouTube channel and other media platforms.

Partners also have the opportunity to strengthen their own employer brand: The University can recommend the best students and actively promote the partner’s job openings on its social media channels for six months.

🔵Additional Opportunities for Partners

The Forum’s organizing team strives to make the partnership as comfortable and meaningful as possible. Upon request, a personal assistant may be provided for a speaker or moderator, and based on the results of the collaboration, a partner may receive an official recognition indicating their partner status — such as a statuette, a certificate, or a letter of appreciation.

The partnership format can be tailored to an organization's goals and communication needs. The Forum offers various levels of participation for partners — partner, exclusive partner, and general partner — each with its own set of opportunities for branding, expert participation, communication, and integration.

We are open to collaborating with companies, law firms, government and civil society organizations, international institutions, professional associations, and other partners interested in the development of legal education, legal scholarship, and the legal profession.
